Made of extruded polyacetal (engineering grade plastic), offered Sheets have 67 MPa strength and 1.41 g/cm3 per cubic centimeter density. These are used for designing under water parts, precision mechanical accessories and metal replacement items. Free from toxic content, these Sheets can be used for designing food contact parts. Unique insulation level, standard hardness, required machining characteristics and stable diameter are the key aspects of such polyacetal products. Extruded nylon made version of these products have good ductility level and these are UV protected. This specific type of product is used for designing sprockets, rollers, wheels and bearings.  These products are biocompatible.
